Are you losing sleep because you haven’t filed tax returns or the IRS is sending you threatening letters? Do you feel buried under the weight of your apparent tax liability? There is an easy way to begin to reclaim your serenity and obtain tax resolution. Place these issues in the hands of the right professionals and reclaim your freedom from fear. The sooner you begin to comply with the tax laws the smart way, the sooner you will be free from false assumptions about your tax liability and the fear that accompanies them. Using the services of tax professionals will alleviate your need to contact the IRS on your own, and also the IRS will be required to communicate only with your tax professionals. Imagine the stress you will avoid by not having to sit alone in an office with an IRS agent and answer any question you might be asked extemporaneously on the spur of the moment. This will transfer the burden of fixing your tax problems to knowledgeable tax experts, give you peace of mind, and obtain a much better result. The faster you deal with your unresolved tax issues, the less likely they are to become emotionally overwhelming and technically and economically insurmountable.
Decreasing your tax liability is sometimes not as difficult as you might think. This is not due to loop-holes or getting around the law, but rather by using knowledge of the law and the tax system to plan and develop your tax strategies, utilize the correct forms and take the correct and most beneficial deductions and expenses when filing, and resolving tax problems. Most everyone in America is largely ignorant regarding the tax code and many people don’t even know the basic laws and rules applicable to filing a simple uncomplicated return.
The good news is that many times taxes and penalties can be significantly reduced from the amounts that the IRS says you owe, especially if you have not filed your returns. Why? One reason is that the IRS simply uses the preordained deduction under the filing status they think you are entitled to when it completes the forms for you if you don’t file. In other words, your actual tax liability might be lower than you thought and reported to you by the IRS because you are entitled to a larger personal deduction as indicated right on Form1040 which would reduce your tax (and perhaps penalties also) at the outset. Regardless of this, if you do not know that you are obtaining the best legal bottom line tax results because you are taking every deduction and using every legal method you are entitled to use to reduce your tax liability you need to get professional tax experts on your side.
Professional tax servicess and tax resolution can be of great benefit for anyone with tax issues. Tax problems can be very complex and overwhelming for the average individual or business owner, but are relatively straight forward to experienced tax professionals who resolve taxation issues for a living. Tax professionals, such as tax attorneys with advanced studies or degrees in taxation, E.A.’s, (Enrolled Agents) and tax accountants can do all the work and the negotiations for you. There is nothing more burdensome and overwhelming than facing tax problems alone. Tax professionals deal with the IRS on a regular basis, helping individuals and businesses more conveniently obtain tax resolution. The tax experts have more knowledge, and significantly more time than their individual clients or the IRS to deal with individual clients and their specific tax issues.
Most people would not consider performing a medical operation on themselves, replacing the electrical wiring in their homes, or even representing themselves in court before a judge, whose primary duty is to be impartial and fair in applying the law. Even lawyers hire lawyers; because they well know that “he who represents himself has a fool for a client.” So, why should individuals with little or no knowledge of taxation law practise or the inner workings and methods of the IRS think it reasonable to try to handle complex tax issues and represent themselves before an organization that exists for no other purpose than to collect their money to fund governmental programs.? Tax experts can help you. A word to the wise is sufficient.

Hey Dave – Your site looks great! I enjoyed your post as I know so many people need this kind of help right now. Good luck as you develop your Survival Guide!
THANKS LUANNE. You are right. Taxes are very daunting to many people. Sometimes they don’t know what to do or how to do it. So they just ignore the issue, thinking it will go away and that nothing will come of not filing their tax returns or paying their taxes. However, that is the wrong approach. Understandable yes, but unadvisable. If they don’t respond in timely fashion they become like the proverbial “deer in the headlights” of a very big organizational vehicle with heavy legal clout known as the Internal Revenue Service. The longer tax issues are left unaddressed and unresolved the more serious they may become. That is why I recommend taking the opportunity to have a FREE CONSULTATION with EXPERTS who are professionals with degrees in taxation and many years of experience dealing with the IRS on behalf of clients.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
